JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage new and existing customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp promptly.- Arrange replacement classes and communicate schedule changes to parents.- Notify customers of class closures (e.g., due to bad weather or maintenance).- Must have proven experience in sales and the ability to close deals effectively.- Ability to handle walk-in customers and carry out face-to-face sales interactions confidently.- Follow up closely on trial classes and student leads to maximize new enrollments.- Prepare, distribute, and control student certificates, progress reports, and starter kits.- Process customer payments and ensure timely fee collections.- Collect, review, and respond to customer feedback effectively to maintain high satisfaction.- Support and assist with enrollment for swim competitions, camps, and events.- Support the execution of child safety and safeguarding policies.- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
