I have also learned to handle correspondence and syllabus preparation with the Ministry of Education. Management is adapting to changes in the education industry, but they should focus on increasing headcount rather than solely cutting costs. My colleagues are supportive and understanding, making for a great team. The challenging aspect is dealing with academicians who may not value administrative staff. Overall, I find administrative tasks enjoyable, organized, and informative.
