I have experience in office administration tasks such as updating information for students and staff, assisting with student records, preparing for examinations and managing relevant documents. I also schedule meetings for the HOD for various board meetings. In my years in the education field, I have gained knowledge of Malaysian education standards and quality control. I have also learned to handle correspondence and syllabus preparation with the Ministry of Education. Management is adapting to changes in the education industry, but they should focus on increasing headcount rather than solely cutting costs. My colleagues are supportive and understanding, making for a great team. The challenging aspect is dealing with academicians who may not value administrative staff. Overall, I find administrative tasks enjoyable, organized, and informative.

The office environment is aesthetically pleasing and calming, with friendly staff members. Although I have only been there briefly on a temporary contract, my time there has been enjoyable.

The team receives strong support from coordinators who share resources effectively. Urgent matters are addressed promptly. There is seamless coordination between the teaching and administrative teams.
