A computer coordinator (or IT coordinator) manages daily technology operations, maintains computer hardware and software, tracks IT inventory, and provides technical support to staff. They act as the primary bridge between end-users and technical systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and printer issues for employees.
• System & Account Management: Set up user accounts, manage email access, and configure workstations.
• Asset & Inventory Tracking: Maintain records of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), and hardware troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving, patience when helping non-technical users, and strong organizational skills.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
