Full Time Special Education Teacher Jobs, in Prospect Rainbow Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a caring, patient and dedicated Special Needs Educator to join our team at Prospect Rainbow. We welcome individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a positive difference in their learning and development. No prior experience in special education is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training and guidance will be provided.

• Provide individual and small-group learning support for children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
• Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities according to each child's abilities and learning goals.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioural and daily living skills.
• Assist children with classroom routines and personal care when required.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and progress reports.
• Monitor and document children's learning and developmental progress.
• Communicate and work closely with parents regarding their child's development and progress.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a safe, positive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in centre activities, programmes and events when required.

• Patient, caring, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable providing hands-on support to children with diverse learning needs.
• Able to plan and organise lessons and activities.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in special education.
• Experience in education, early childhood or special education is an advantage but not required.
