Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty café drinks, following established recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment to maintain product availability and minimize wastage.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to create a positive café experience.
• Assist customers with menu enquiries by explaining beverage options, ingredients, and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately, including cashless and digital transactions, in accordance with company procedures.
• Support daily café operations, including opening and closing duties, order preparation, and general housekeeping.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain consistent service and product quality.
• Contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable café atmosphere that enhances customer satisfaction and encourages repeat visits.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent secondary school qualification in any field.
• Fully vaccinated (minimum two doses).
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Preferably possesses own transportation.
• No prior barista experience required. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
