Full Time IT Support Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in SMART HEALTHS SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting document scanners, computer hardware and IT equipment, as well as providing technical support for our document scanning projects across Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, servicing, repair and troubleshooting of document scanners and other scanning equipment.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers and related IT equipment.
• Set up scanning workstations, including LAN connectivity, VLAN configuration and network troubleshooting.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to document scanning teams across Malaysia.
• Set up and maintain IT equipment for new scanning projects.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain technical service records and equipment inventory.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Electronics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, computer hardware or equipment servicing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking, LAN, VLAN and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in document scanner servicing is an advantage; training can be provided.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software problems independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel throughout Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical skills are encouraged to apply.
