• Education: Diploma or Degree graduate (fresh graduates encouraged).

Phase 1: Cashier Training (Month 1)

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.

• Assist with returns, exchanges, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.

Phase 2: Sales Assistant Training (Month 2–3)

• Help customers find products and share current promotions.

• Keep shelves stocked, pricing accurate, and displays well-organized.

• Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts.

• Maintain overall store cleanliness and visual merchandising.

Phase 3: Retail Management Training (Month 4–6)

• Learn sales analysis, reporting, and inventory control.

• Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and team coordination.

• Support store marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.

• Understand safety compliance and loss prevention strategies.
