Full Time Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Enviroterm Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Prepared & follow-up on Service commercial quotations
• Arrangement & coordinate with customer on service requirement, schedule and job status.
• Manage the end to end flow of service instruments from job receipt until closure
• Coordinate service and laboratory job scheduling with engineer, technicians and laboratory personnel.
• Monitor ongoing jobs, turnaround time, pending actions and customer approvals, and proactively follow up on outstanding matters.
• Coordinate instrument collection, delivery, internal movement and related service documentation.
• Maintain accurate service records, instrument information, job status and related databases, and ensure required documentation are completed before delivery and billing.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and support improvements to service procedures, tracking forms and work instructions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required skill(s): ability to prioritize own workload and multitasking, excellent communication skills, attention to details, MS Office.
• Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
