Full Time Quality Assurance Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in JINTEC INNOVATION SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise quality records, including inspection results, defect reports and outgoing inspection reports
• Prepare and update QA reports, forms and documentation under the guidance of QA engineers
• Assist in compiling delivery quality documents, including inspection reports, Certificates of Conformance (COC) and material certificates
• Check that quality documents show the correct part number, drawing revision and production lot for traceability
• Support QA engineers in tracking corrective actions and following up on outstanding records
• Coordinate with Document Control to maintain current forms and properly file superseded documents
• Assist with audit document preparation and daily QA administrative tasks

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification; a certificate or diploma in administration, engineering or a related field is an advantage
• Preferably one year of clerical or administrative experience in manufacturing; fresh graduates may apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and data entry
• Able to maintain accurate records and organise documents systematically
• Basic knowledge of quality documentation and manufacturing terminology is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and coordinate with other departments

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
