Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations
• Manage daily opening and closing operations.
• Ensure the outlet operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and outlet presentation.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Staff Management
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop outlet staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
• Conduct briefings and performance evaluations.
• Handle staff discipline and workplace issues.
• Sales & Business Performance
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor daily sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop initiatives to increase sales and customer traffic.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Control operating costs and minimize wastage.
• Customer Service
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers.
• Ensure staff deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Inventory & Stock Control
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Minimize wastage, damage, and stock losses.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
• Cash & Financial Control
• Monitor daily cash handling and transactions.
• Ensure cash deposits and closing procedures are completed correctly.
• Investigate cash variances and irregularities.
• Control expenses within the approved budget.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
• Ensure required licenses, permits, and documentation are maintained.
• Report incidents and operational issues promptly.
• Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outlet reports.
• Report sales, manpower, stock, expenses, and operational issues to management.
• Analyze outlet performance and recommend improvements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
