Full Time COOK/COMMIS Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in Sodexo Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a culinary certificate is an added advantage.

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as a Cook or in a similar position.

Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling practices.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to work at the assigned site.

Prepare and cook meals according to the menu, recipes, and food quality standards.

Ensure food is prepared hygienically and meets food safety requirements.

Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of food ingredients.

Monitor kitchen stock and inform the supervisor when ingredients need replenishment.

Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Supervisor and support daily kitchen operations.

Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
