Job Responsibilities

• Review customer forecasts and production plans, and coordinate material requirements with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and manage material call-offs to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor material availability and follow up on outstanding orders to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve purchasing and delivery issues.
• Maintain purchasing records and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or a related field.
• Candidates with purchasing experience are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
