We are looking for a responsible and organised HR Officer to assist with basic HR administrative duties, general office administration, and daily operational support at our company.

Job Summary

You will assist with HR administrative tasks, support general office operations, and provide daily operational assistance to ensure smooth business functions.

Responsibilities

Process and manage HR administrative tasks and staff documentation accurately to support HR functions

Organize and maintain filing systems and administrative records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance

Coordinate general office administration and manage daily headquarters operations efficiently

Provide timely administrative support to the operations team to facilitate smooth workflows

Assist in coordinating and documenting daily business activities to support operational continuity

Communicate and liaise effectively with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters

Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

No HR experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to perform computer-based administrative duties

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain order

Effective communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts

Demonstrated responsibility, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
