Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or 'O' Level qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
- Skills to operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Must have good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia to interact with supervisors and colleagues.
- Ability to work as a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Willing to work overtime if required to meet production needs.
- Possess basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and the ability to identify minor issues.
- Responsible for ensuring product quality and adhering to quality standards set by the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, ensuring they function efficiently and safely according to established procedures.
- Perform assembly line operations, including fitting parts, sub-assemblies, and components accurately and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to production schedules and timelines, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with other production team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify process improvements, and resolve production issues effectively.
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately, recording production output, quality control data, and any equipment maintenance performed.
