-Assist in procurement activities such as vendor sourcing, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders. -Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, and address any issues or concerns that may arise. -Help monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure optimal inventory management. -Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and stock adjustments. -Support logistics coordination by arranging transportation, preparing shipping documents, and monitoring shipment status. -Assist in analyzing supply chain data and generating reports to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and sales, to streamline processes and optimize supply chain efficiency. -Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, such as organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation. -Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving overall performance. -Assist with other supply chain tasks and duties as assigned by management.
