Full Time Lab Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in PGEO Edible Oils - Lumut, Perak Johor - Maukerja

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Operator to join our Refinery team. The successful candidate will support laboratory testing and quality control activities to ensure our edible oils and fats meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
• Collect, prepare and analyze samples according to established testing procedures.
• Record and report laboratory test results accurately.
• Monitor product quality and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Operate, clean and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure proper handling of laboratory chemicals, samples and testing materials.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety and proper documentation.
• Comply with company quality standards, food safety requirements and safety procedures.

About you

• SPM qualifications
• Previous laboratory or quality control experience is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and good record-keeping abilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
