Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise factory building construction projects.

• You will coordinate site activities, monitor work progress, ensure safety compliance, and manage subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.

Job Requirements

• SPM, STPM or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in construction administration or project support.

• Experience in factory building construction is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.

• Familiar with safety procedures and quality control.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities.

• Monitor factory building works to ensure progress follows schedule and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.

• Ensure all construction works comply with safety regulations and site requirements.

• Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.

• Inspect workmanship and materials used on site.

• Solve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

• Attend site meetings and assist in project planning.
