Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.

Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

Able to communicate in English; Mandarin-speaking candidates are welcome.

Assist with daily accounting transactions and data entry.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Issue invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and maintain accounting records.

Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
