Full Time Technical Project Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Compact Contech Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant project experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out, joinery or construction project coordination.

Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin (speak, write and read).

Malaysian Citizen Only

Willing to relocate to Johor Bahru (JB).

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building or Construction.

Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp,3D rendering software, etc and able to interpret plans & drawings accurately.

Practical understanding of cabinetry, finishes and interfaces between interior work and building services.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Conduct and document accurate site measurements, photographs and existing conditions.

Review plans, elevations, sections and joinery drawings against site conditions. Identify dimensional discrepancies, missing details and service conflicts, and coordinate resolution.

Attend client and site meetings and follow up on project requirements promptly.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

Monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, budget and timeline.
