Full Time Warehouse Operation Assistant(Tebrau, Johor) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Checking PO

· Record all trucks and containers coming.

· Supplier’s Driver or Transporter passes the DO to OA for checking the PO validity.

· OA will check and ensure the validity of PO.

· Any PO found expired shall be rejected.

· OA will approve the unloading once the validity of PO checked/verified and generate Queue Number from WMS system.

· Any PO /DO that cannot found in WMS system shall be rejected, unless with approval from management. (Receiving will be in manual process).

· OA will pass the DO and queue number to transporter or supplier driver.

· Supplier’s Driver or Transporter have to queue up the truck in sequence for unloading.

· When reach the turn for unload, Supplier’s Drivers or Transporters shall park the truck at the right unloading location.

Generate GRN

· After scanning process, checker will acknowledge on the DO.

· DO will pass to OA to do GRN.

· OA confirm the quantity in SB Client, then OA will generate Auto GRN.

· OA will chop on supplier DO and GRN (all copy) and record down the GRN number.

· Next day, OA will check back the GRN with the DO.

· DO will submitted to HQ Department.

Received Parcel

· Receive parcel and chop sign from courier for return item or parcel for staff.

Collect Stationary for Showroom

· Help PIC stationary collect stationary for showroom every Saturday.

** Other responsibilities

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
