• Negotiate with subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Draft and review subcontractor agreements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage subcontractor claims, disputes, and variations effectively.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Legal Teams to ensure subcontractor deliverables are aligned with project goals.
• Support effective cost management and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
