Full Time Senior/ Lead Process Design Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Howards Technology Malaysia Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Company Introduction: Howards Technology, a facility engineering group company specializing in engineering design, project execution in the Nano-Micron electronics, life science and general industries, with headquarter office in Singapore and Operations/Offices in Shanghai, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines.

Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering or related majors.

• More than 7 years of experience in process design and management of water treatment, specialty gas or chemical systems, with at least 3 years of team management experience; experience in semiconductor or high-end manufacturing projects is preferred;

• Proficient in process principles and system design of water treatment (such as RODI，UPW, WWT etc.), specialty gases (such as bulk gases, electronic specialty gases) and chemicals (such as acids, alkalis, solvents), familiar with the above-specified international and domestic standards;

• Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred;

• Strong ability in process problem diagnosis and solution, able to independently lead process optimization and fault handling of complex systems;

• English working capability is mandatory and Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin is preferred;

• Familiar with CAD software;

Role Description：

• Lead the process design and optimization of water treatment systems, specialty gas supply systems and chemical delivery systems, formulate technical schemes, process flows and equipment selection standards;

• Responsible for semiconductor/ pharmaceutic project process systems (including UPW, Wastewater treatment, special gas and chemical distribution) calculation and drawings based on project criteria and client/national codes;

• Manage the process team in project implementation, review design drawings, technical parameters and construction schemes, and solve key process problems in system commissioning and operation;

• Assist the purchasing department in equipment procurement, review suppliers' technical data, and participate in technical clarification;

• Leading and coordinating discipline interface;

• System shop drawing review & approve, technical submittal review & approval；

• Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination；
