Full Time QAQC MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (M) SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QAQC Manager to oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for our construction project.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all project works comply with approved specifications, drawings, quality standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and applicable standards.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements and Quality Control procedures.
• Monitor site inspections, material inspections and testing activities.
• Manage and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and clients on all quality-related matters.
• Conduct regular site quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Lead and supervise the QAQC team.
• Prepare and submit quality reports and maintain proper project quality documentation.
• Ensure all quality records are properly maintained for project handover.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction QAQC, with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in Data Centre, industrial, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures and construction standards.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements and project quality documentation.
• Able to review technical drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple quality-related matters.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
