Full Time Aesthetic Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in MAC INNOVATIONS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive who is ready to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and make a real impact in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the beauty, and aesthetic industries.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Above 2 year work experience in sales, preferably B2B and within the beauty, and aesthetic sectors.
• Willing to travel (In and out of state, within Malaysia)
• Required skills: Sales, Aesthetic Knowledge, Customer Service, Communication and Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building, Closing Techniques
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
