About The Job

As a Production Planner, you will manage master production schedules and material requirements to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.

• Develop master production schedules and output plans based on customer orders and inventory levels.
• Track daily shop floor workloads and sequence production runs to minimize machine setup changeovers.
• Coordinate with procurement, store, and production teams to resolve material shortages and schedule disruptions.
• Utilize enterprise resource planning systems to release, track, and close production orders on time.
• Monitor work-in-progress and finished goods inventory levels to prepare periodic stock reports.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Practical background in production planning, scheduling, or capacity control within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on proficiency operating enterprise resource planning platforms and spreadsheet tools.
• Applied knowledge of shop floor material flow, inventory tracking, and schedule adherence metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Degree in business, supply chain management, operations, engineering, or a related discipline.
