Position Overview

A MNC fashion retailer is looking for a results-driven Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a retail outlet. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail sales, customer service, and team development, with a proven ability to drive sales performance and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who enjoys leading a team, achieving sales targets, and creating a successful store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Performance: Drive store sales, achieve monthly targets, monitor KPIs, and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to improve productivity, customer engagement, and overall team performance.
• Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service, handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, and maintain high service standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage footwear sizes and product availability, minimise stock discrepancies, and support stocktaking activities.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store follows brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales and operational reports, monitor store performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or store management role.
• Candidates from footwear, fashion, apparel, sportswear, accessories, or other lifestyle retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and daily retail operations.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
