Full Time Technical Sales Consultant (TSC) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 11,000 in Johor - Maukerja

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction or related fields

• Preferable candidate experience with sales and technical specification in similar industry.

• Able to read and comprehend construction/ architectural drawings (schematic drawing, 2D drawing)

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical and presentation skills

• Able to communicate fluently in English, Malay is mandatory. Also, able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage as require to handle with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Suitable candidate may also be possibly tasked to cover other regions.

• Willing to travel.

Working Hour:

• Monday to Friday (5-days work week)

• 8.30am –5.30pm

• To attend, service, and promote company products to all stakeholders.

• Maintain good relationship with by identifying client's needs and develop appropriate strategy to meet their needs.

• Responsible of preparation of proposals, provide solutions, technical specifications and tender documents.

• Conduct product briefing and organize presentation / workshop to clients.

• Liaise with clients on all technical aspects.

• Identify and gather new business opportunities / potential leads and expand client network.

• Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements.
