Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Warehouse Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Order Packing: Accurately and efficiently pack products based on customer orders, ensuring all items are properly packed for shipment.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels, organizing products, and ensuring items are available for order fulfillment.
Order Processing and Shipment: Handle the unloading and restocking of goods, ensuring products are stored in the correct locations and ready for shipment.
Stock Sorting and Arrangement: Organize and arrange products according to company procedures, optimizing space and ensuring easy access to products.
Quality Control: Verify product quality before packing and shipment, ensuring products are in good condition and meet company standards.
Logistics Collaboration: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and assist with any shipping-related tasks..
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as sales, customer service, and procurement teams) to ensure inventory management, order processing, and product supply align with company operations goals.
