Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Mandarin speaking is required. (in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)
- Good communication, negotiation, influencing skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Working hour: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm (lunch break:1hour); Satuday 9am-1pm
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential suppliers
- Negotiating pricing
- Review quality of purchased products
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery issue
- Purchase planning
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders
- Communicate with designer
