Job Description
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or any field
- 1–3 years of experience in ESG, EHS, environmental, or compliance-related roles
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, or social compliance standards (RBA, SMETA is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience with ESG reporting or GHG data (Scope 1, 2, 3 is an advantage)
- Exposure to audits (RBA, customer audits, ISO is an advantage)
Responsibilities
- Support ESG data collection, validation, and reporting, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions tracking, Conflict Mineral & etc.
- Support ESG data analysis and trend monitoring for management reporting
- Assist in managing social compliance programs in line with ESG, social compliance and customer requirements
- Coordinate supplier compliance activities, including collection of CMRT and EMRT (conflict minerals) declarations
- Maintain ESG documentation and ensure readiness for internal and external audits
- Support ESG-related systems such as customer portals, and internal tracking tools
- Assist in sustainability initiatives including energy conservation, waste management, and environmental programs
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance with ESG and social responsibility requirements
- Prepare reports, scorecards, and performance tracking for management review
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for ESG and sustainability performance and programs
