Full Time Procurement Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Song Song Frozen Food Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum 2–4 years of purchasing / sourcing experience (FMCG preferred)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with China-based suppliers

Able to work under pressure

Experience in handling supplier terms and credit arrangements is an advantage

Able to work independently and manage multiple suppliers

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting

Source and develop new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and credit terms with suppliers

Build strong supplier relationships and maintain supplier database

Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely procurement of goods

Follow up on delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouse & production team

Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Work closely with Finance on payment planning and supplier accounts

Ensure purchased items meet quality and company requirements

Maintain proper documentation and purchasing records
