Full Time Senior E-commerce Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Caterpillar Technology Selangor - Maukerja

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field

- At least 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations, or digital sales

- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok / TikTok Shop

- Experience managing live streaming operations or working with live hosts is an advantage

- Familiar with online promotions, flash sales, and platform campaigns

- Able to manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, and marketplace chat

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, order management, and inventory tracking

- Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

- Experience in beauty, skincare, or health supplement industry is an advantage

- Manage daily operations of online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop including product listing, pricing, and stock updates

- Process and monitor orders, and coordinate with warehouse for fulfilment

- Respond to customer enquiries via marketplace chat and social media to assist sales

- Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotions, and flash sales

- Coordinate and manage live streaming sessions and live hosts

- Prepare product briefing, promotions, and support during live sessions

- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports

- Work with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
