Requirements
Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to handle documents and data accurately.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills and the ability to clearly report work progress.
Basic time management skills and the ability to complete tasks according to priority.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in administration, HR support, clerical work, or data processing are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document organization, data entry, file management, and updating internal forms.
Assist in preparing meeting minutes and following up on basic action items after meetings.
Support the recruitment process, including contacting candidates, arranging interviews, organizing resumes, and updating recruitment records.
Assist in organizing employee information, preparing onboarding documents, and maintaining HR records.
Assist with basic report consolidation, document formatting, and internal data updates.
Support supervisors with other administrative, HR, and internal support tasks as assigned.
