Full Time Senior Procurement Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Topmix Resources Johor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.

• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and partners).

Procurement Operations

• Collaborate with a seasoned procurement team to manage end-to-end purchasing for HPL and related track items.

• Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members to achieve daily procurement and sourcing goals.

• Plan and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth production flow and optimal stock levels.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers to achieve the best value and quality.

• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve supplier or logistics issues.

Strategic Procurement Management

• Identify cost-saving initiatives and enhance supplier performance strategies.

• Evaluate and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure reliability and quality.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure full compliance with ISO standards and internal procurement policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects

• Work closely with R&D, operations, and production teams on new product rollouts.

• Support management on strategic projects and ad-hoc assignments that drive business growth.
