Job Description

Requirements

  • Aged 25–45 years
  • Malaysian citizens only
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (SQL).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Own transportation required
  • High attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and company reports to management periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor daily sales, purchases, and expenses from online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and offline channels where applicable.

  • Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system (SQL), ensuring records are up to date.

  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit notes.

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including checking discrepancies and following up on outstanding payments.

  • Carry out monthly bank and e-wallet reconciliations (e.g. ShopeePay, GrabPay, online transfers).

  • Process staff expense claims, petty cash, and basic operational expenses.

  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of basic financial and sales reports.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit, tax, and internal reference.

  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and internal teams when required.

  • Support daily finance and operational tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or management.
