Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Administration Management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Experience with CRM systems for client management and data entry.
Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to compile and present information clearly and concisely.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Tanggungjawab
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and conflict resolution.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
Assist in management and implementation of administrative functions.
Assist Sales Team to prepare simple finance quotation.
Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items.
Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the executive, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Manage and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents and information.
Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and contributing to successful project completion.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, exercising discretion and sound judgment in all interactions.
To attend meetings, trainings, events and other ad hoc activities.
To participate in exhibitions and marketing events when required.
