Kelayakan

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Administration Management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Experience with CRM systems for client management and data entry.

  • Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to compile and present information clearly and concisely.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and internal teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and conflict resolution.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.

  • Assist in management and implementation of administrative functions.

  • Assist Sales Team to prepare simple finance quotation.

  • Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items.

  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the executive, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Manage and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents and information.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and contributing to successful project completion.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, exercising discretion and sound judgment in all interactions.

  • To attend meetings, trainings, events and other ad hoc activities.

  • To participate in exhibitions and marketing events when required.
