Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diplomaor currently pursuing aDiploma or above in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
Willingness to learn and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Fresh graduates or students in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
Able to work in Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, Skudai, Johor Bahru.
Candidate must be willing to work in NON-HALAL INDUSTRY.
Responsibilities
Gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end Quality Check (QC) process and SOPs in the food manufacturing industry.
Assist in quality-related operations, including data collection, documentation, and reporting.
Support monitoring of products from receiving until dispatch to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Help prepare retain samples for each batch of products.
Learn and participate in quality improvement initiatives under guidance.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
