SPM certification or equivalent.

Passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

Relevant experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin.

Reporting to the Retail Manager

Assist walk-in customers in finding what they are looking for and try to interest them in buying the products.

Providing courteous and efficient service in order to remain competitive.

Keep their work areas and the sales floor neat.

Help stock shelves or racks, arrange for mailing or delivery of sales, mark price tags, take inventory

Prepare and maintain new product displays, samples, sales kits & so forth.

Knowledgeable about the company's products & services, policies, and procedures
