  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

  • Experience hiring for manufacturing roles, including Operators, Technicians, and IDL positions

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality hire

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals

  • Screening Candidates: Evaluate applicants through detailed screening processes to assess their skills, experience, and cultural alignment

  • Hiring Decisions: Work closely with hiring managers to shortlist and select candidates who meet job requirements and fit team dynamics

  • Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates to support both current and future hiring needs

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve sourcing strategies and overall hiring efficiency

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations

  • Candidate Engagement: Deliver a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey

  • Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to understand staffing needs and provide effective hiring solutions
