Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Experience hiring for manufacturing roles, including Operators, Technicians, and IDL positions
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Results-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality hire
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals
Screening Candidates: Evaluate applicants through detailed screening processes to assess their skills, experience, and cultural alignment
Hiring Decisions: Work closely with hiring managers to shortlist and select candidates who meet job requirements and fit team dynamics
Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates to support both current and future hiring needs
Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve sourcing strategies and overall hiring efficiency
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations
Candidate Engagement: Deliver a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to understand staffing needs and provide effective hiring solutions
