Requirements
Chinese-speaking candidate preferred .
Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
At least 1-2 year of working experience in building management, property management, administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Able to handle residents', tenants', and contractors' matters professionally.
Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of the building.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all common areas and facilities.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair, and service contractors.
Conduct routine inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
Handle tenants' or residents' inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor security, housekeeping, landscaping, and other service providers.
Maintain building records, reports, and documentation.
Assist with budgeting and control of operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare monthly reports and update management on building matters.
