Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in F&B, restaurant, or retail operations
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
• Familiar with POS systems and day-to-day restaurant operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and customer-service oriented
• For the St Mary outlet, Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as the outlet serves a significant number of Mandarin-speaking customers

Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise daily restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and support outlet team members
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and compliance with company SOPs
• Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and stock management
