Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Dairy Technology, or a related field

Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in food R&D or manufacturing

Basic knowledge of food processing, ingredients, and formulation principles

Assist in the development of new food products and improvement of existing formulations

Conduct laboratory trials, pilot runs, and basic sensory evaluations

Support ingredient research, raw material testing, and supplier evaluations

Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, and test results

Assist in shelf-life studies, stability testing, and packaging trials

Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI/ISO as applicable)

Support scale-up trials and production runs during product commercialization

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols at all times

Monitor market trends and competitor products for benchmarking
