Kelayakan

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to independently follow up with clients and move deals forward.
  • Basic business sense with the ability to identify client needs and partnership potential.
  • Interest in product sales, customer relationship management, market expansion, and distributor development.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and goal orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, channel development, distribution, or related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese; English or Malay proficiency will be an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Follow up on company-generated inquiries, event leads, and other potential clients; understand their needs, provide initial explanations, and maintain follow-up communication.
  • Drive product-related and B2B business discussions, including product explanation, quotation, order follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Identify clients, store owners, and potential business contacts with distributor potential, and actively develop further business cooperation opportunities.
  • Convert suitable clients or business contacts into distributors, and continue following up on cooperation progress and future development.
  • Explore new market opportunities, maintain relationships with clients and business partners, and collect first-hand market feedback to support business expansion strategies.
  • Work closely with internal processes by maintaining records, tracking progress, and updating related business information.
