JUNIOR TECHNICIAN

Basic Salary: RM 1,800.00

Job Type: This is a 6-month contract role. Subject to business needs and performance, there may be an opportunity for extension/conversion.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Min Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent vocational certification.

• Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC testing.

• Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities. Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue.

• Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment.

• Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification.

• Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities.

• Know-how in reliability stress testing e.g. Environmental, Electrical / Functional, and acoustics stress testing.

• Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.

• Participation in RCCA efforts and assist engineer in reliability activities.
