Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and blueprints, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Perform testing and troubleshooting of assembled units using standard test equipment and diagnostic tools.

Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from specifications to the production supervisor.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations and procedures.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve production issues and improve assembly processes.

Document assembly activities, test results, and any encountered problems accurately.

Operate and maintain assembly equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any maintenance needs.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment.

Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards within a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Experience with troubleshooting electronic or mechanical assemblies.

Basic understanding of LabVIEW and C++ for testing or diagnostic purposes is a plus.

Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with colleagues and supervisors.

A Diploma in a relevant technical field is required.

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an assembly role within a manufacturing setting.

Perform complex assembly tasks on various product lines, adhering strictly to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Operate and maintain a range of manufacturing equipment, including testing apparatus and specialized tools, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Conduct in-process quality checks and troubleshoot assembly issues, utilizing diagnostic skills and knowledge of systems like LabVIEW and C++ to identify root causes.

Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve production challenges, provide feedback on design for manufacturability, and implement corrective actions.

Document assembly processes, test results, and any deviations from standard procedures accurately and thoroughly.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements to assembly methods, workflow, and efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
