Kelayakan

  • Assist in handling internal and external communication and coordination work of the company, including answering phone calls, processing emails, and receiving visitors.

  • Assist in arranging and recording meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting materials, and organizing meeting minutes.

  • Responsible for the procurement, management, and distribution of office supplies to ensure the normal operation of the office environment.

  • Complete other administrative and support tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

  • Proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Possess basic scheduling and organizational skills, able to assist in arranging and following up on various matters.

  • Fluent in Mandarin, with good written and oral communication skills.

  • Proactive, responsible, with good service awareness and learning ability.

  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply; the company offers comprehensive training and development opportunities.

  • Possess communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay; Mandarin is a mandatory skill.

  • Experience in Penang or Butterworth area is preferred.

  • Possess a local driver's license and be able to drive independently to complete work.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document organization, photocopying, scanning, and filing.

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, handle visitor reception, and provide basic inquiry services.

  • Assist with meeting room bookings, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting minutes.

  • Responsible for receiving and sending company mail, as well as signing for and distributing express deliveries.

  • Assist department colleagues with daily tasks and provide administrative support.

  • Assist with data entry and simple information organization as needed.

  • Assist the marketing department with marketing activities in the northern Penang region.

  • Responsible for the management of vehicles and dormitories for the marketing department in the Penang region, and reimbursement of daily expenses.

  • Assist the marketing department in providing preliminary services to newly developed property owners in Penang.
