Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, computer science, or any others.

Candidates with at least 1 year of project coordination or management experience, especially in web agencies or digital marketing environment, are preferred. Candidates with more management experience may be considered for a Managerial role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with clients and team members overseas.

Experience in resource allocation and tracking project milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Willingness to learn and passion for project management and IT.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify and resolve project issues promptly.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, salespersons, and marketing specialists.

Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment on project scope and expectations among stakeholders.

Communicate with clients to gather requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.

Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with the internal team.

Allocate resources effectively, including personnel and time, to meet project deadlines.

Provide ad-hoc assistance to colleagues or clients to maintain or improve project performance.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and standards.

Report project status regularly to the internal management team.
