Proven experience as a Welder, specifically with MIG and TIG welding techniques, in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to ensure precise execution of projects.

Proficiency in preparing metal surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and deburring, to achieve optimal weld quality.

Skilled in setting up and operating welding equipment, including selecting appropriate welding parameters (amperage, voltage, gas flow) for different materials and joint types.

Strong understanding and adherence to all welding safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.

Experience with metal fabrication processes, such as cutting, shaping, and fitting metal components prior to welding.

Ability to perform quality checks on welds, identifying and rectifying any defects to meet industry standards.

Must possess a Diploma in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in MIG and TIG welding is required.

Effective communication skills in English to understand instructions and collaborate with team members.

Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on various metal components according to blueprints and technical specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately assemble and fabricate metal structures.
