Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.

  • Experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance is an added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates in Automotive Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and components.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and possess a positive work attitude.

  • Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license is an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Motorcycle servicing and maintenance.

  • Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

  • Motorcycle engine and electrical system repair.

  • Workshop tools and equipment handling.

  • Time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled motorcycle servicing and maintenance according to company standards.

  • Diagnose and identify faults in engines, electrical systems, braking systems, and other motorcycle components.

  • Carry out repair work, parts replacement, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

  • Conduct final inspections before motorcycles are returned to customers.

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the workshop area.

  • Operate workshop tools and equipment correctly and safely.

  • Provide explanations and repair recommendations to customers when required.

  • Assist in managing spare parts inventory and report purchasing requirements to management.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
